PC Clock This method allows employees to clock in and out using a computer keyboard, mouse or Touch screen. The program may be installed on a single computer, or it may be installed on a server and accessed from any workstation. This method may be feasible in an office environment, or any work place where employees have access to a PC.Data Collection Terminal This method allows employees to clock-in and out by sliding a badge, or typing in their user ID and password via a Data collection Terminal. The data collection terminal is connected to a PC via serial cable. All punches collected by the terminal are stored on the PC’s hard drive on real time. Therefore, the manager has access to real data and may generate instant reports such as “Who is in”, “Who is out”, “Missed punches”, “Overtime hours” and more at any time without having to “poll” the data collection terminal.Your solution to Payroll
